The Process

Step 1
Meet for an individual evaluation to discuss your goals and create a treatment plan tailored to you.

Group Lessons
Meet with others struggling with attention facilitated by a licensed psychiatrist. Learn skills and nonjudgementally adapt them to fit your style.

Body Doubling
Utalize a peers (virtual) presence while both of you work through to-do lists at your indivual homes.

Reframe Shame
A major facet to this treatment is shifting away from “what’s wrong with me” towards “I wonder how I could do this differnetly”
